The App Helps With YouTube Vids But When I Open Up A Game And Record, The Audio Of The Game Does Not Work.

Crash on Lion, eventhough it is said work on Lion.

Crashed immediately on Lion. Can not be used at all.

Cannot activate my iSight camera.

Now, with capturing selected window functionality, there is nothing missing for me here. Additionally, being able to record your camera video along with screen is also great. 5 stars from me!

App always crashes on latest OSX with Mouse Highlight option enabled when you start record after mouse click. Without mouse highlight option app work fine.

If enable option «Highlight mouse on click» in preferences, app is always crash when start recording.

The application crashes any time I click on the record button. Installed on two different computers, it has the same problem. It’s completely useless

After being in the world of MAC for two years now, I am writing my first App review. I use this app every day. Here are some constructive comments: 1. There should be more fine controlling of the horizontal selection of the subject. 2. Keyboard arrows should move the selection window. 3. Should be able to tilt and rotate selection window 4. Should also have a circular selection tool. 5. Fix the “jumping” when trying to fine tune a horizontal selection. For the price, it is a great app. Would buy again and recommend to friends. My wife loves it!

This used to be my go to app for screen recording, particularly with the option of also capturing my webcam. Not anymore. It regularly crashes while recording, making it completely unreliable. The developer seems happy to keep collecting money for purchases, while the support link at the website indicates, “This Site is Closed.” Would be great if the glitches were corrected to allow for a reliable app.

This app used to be great. Im getting really annoyed with it constantly crashing after Im done recording a video. Please update soon! It was a great app but the crashing has made me hate it!

I just purchased this app on OS X 10.7 and tried to record something and it wont stop and it wont save whatever was filmed before when i eventually decided to quit it. Please fix this. It seems this is a waste of an application if it cant perform its sole function correctly.

Wont stop recording. Crashes. Unfortunately it looks like its abandonware as well. Buyer beware.

Have not been able to use this stupid app, will not record audio….video only…..app is not worth $14.95…not even worth .99 cents…do not waste your money.

"Cannot Decode" all the time!

Records a solid green screen on my Mac Book Pro Retina. Several others online have the same issue.

This does not WORK!!! FIX!!!

The recording seems to start and I can stop it. But afterwards there is no file stored on my hard drive. So it is useless!

I was experiencing the "green screen" recordings and experimented a bit with different apps. Many of them, including Apples own Quicktime, exhibited the same problem. Once I rebooted my machine, the problems went away. Hopefully I wont see the same problem again because I love Screeny as a lightweight screen recording tool. Im guessing (hoping) this may be an OS glitch that is fixed soon.
