Green screen issue may be OS problem?

I was experiencing the "green screen" recordings and experimented a bit with different apps. Many of them, including Apples own Quicktime, exhibited the same problem. Once I rebooted my machine, the problems went away. Hopefully I wont see the same problem again because I love Screeny as a lightweight screen recording tool.

Im guessing (hoping) this may be an OS glitch that is fixed soon.
